Example: 

1. Bianca rarely study English.
2. Tadeo and Lisa usually do their homework.
3. Felipe always plays football.
4. Sofia never speaks in class.
5. Vicky sometimes plays videogames.

REMEMBER: 

          Subject + Adverb of frequency + Verb

               I            NEVER             DO            use my phone at night.

          Subject + TO BE + Adverb of frequency

             SHE         IS            ALWAYS             happy
